While going through these photos I noticed that I often pose for photos by leaning on my backpack – I don’t know if you guys have noticed, but it’s only really hit me in these photos how odd it looks if you don’t know what I’m doing… I almost look like I’m about to start clicking along to something, West Side Story style.
Despite the gorgeous sun we’ve been having recently, it sure has been breezy! And by breezy I mean knock-you-off-your-feet-and-reduce-your-body-temperature-by-several-degrees… ‘breezy’. In order to combat this, I’ve been layering up. Over this outfit I had my big faux fur- I wear it over most outfits at the moment because the weather can be so changeable and I hate being cold! Then I had my denim jacket over my cropped jumper which in turn was over a cropped tee (but while we were taking pictures the wind was too bad to brave taking the sweater off). That said, all the layers in the world can’t change the fact that wearing a hat in this weather is a nightmare – I can’t tell you how many I’ve had to chase this thing down the road when it’s been blown off (..it’s an embarrassing amount, I often just give up and carry it ;.;’)! How are you dressing to deal with the changeable weather that we’re having? Or are you cracking out your summer wardrobe already?
Love!xxx

you look like such a badass. I love your hair and entire outfit! I'm having the same issues with my hats. Its been windy on and off here and my husband has had to run off after my hat in the wind more than once…whoops!

This outfit is perfect, you are utterly gorgeous. I know what you mean about the changeable weather, and don't get me started on the wind! I too decided to wear a hat this weekend before I actually checked how much the trees were swaying outside. I looked like I had accidently superglued my hand to my hat…

Oh bless you chasing your hat down the street! I've been there girl! I'm rocking my backpack a lot at the moment, so looping my jacket around the straps and packing a lightweight jumper and scarf just in case! This weather is just too unpredictable! Oh and I love that jacket, the shearling looks so cosy x

I've switched to a summer wardrobe, i occasionally regret it, but I'm not going back…
Love the suede skirt with a denim jacket, I think I'll try this.

That cropped, stripey jumper is just gorgeous. And those boots really are so on point. Great shots, as always x
