Sequinned Dress for Day & Night.

Hello lovely people – hope you’re well and have had an amazing start to the week! This is another of my differently formatted posts, as I’m styling up this gorgeous sequin dress in two different ways; one more casual (well, as casual as a low cut sparkly dress can be!) and one for the evening. I was challenged by Motel to do this alongside some super gorgeous bloggers for one of their blog posts – I strongly recommend checking it out here – it’s a great mix of a few different styles!
First up is my daytime look – I layered my sheer black mesh dress under it to give the dress of a more casual grungy feeling, before throwing on a bunch of necklaces and my spiked faux leather jacket to complete the mixture of textures!
Day Look

Faux Leather Spiked Biker Jacket* – Romwe
Silver Feather Necklace* – The Crystal Divide
Crescent Moon & Crystal Ball Necklaces* – Aurora Lane
Sheer Mesh Long Sleeve Dress – American Apparel (Similar)
Aurora Sequin Slip Dress* – Motel
 Studded Backpack – Rebecca Minkoff
Platform Boots – Office (old)

For the evening outfit, I went for a look kind of inspired by two parts 90s Kate Moss and one part Margaret Tenenbaum – it’s a much simpler look, but a glam dress like this deserves the spotlight in the evening!

Evening Look

Faux Fur Coat* – Romwe (old – similar)
Chain Necklace* – Finerblack
Aurora Sequin Slip Dress* – Motel
Dressen Heels – Jeffrey Campbell

What do you think – which look do you prefer? And how would you style up this dress for the day & evening? I’d love to know!

Hope you have an amazing rest of the week – I’m off to Australia first thing on the morning (which is why this post is so late at night, haha), so my next post will be from there. Can’t wait to show you guys my outfits! Love xxx

I love the night look paired with the long necklace! I don't know why it fits so well but it definitely does, and your hair looks amazing as always.

A really great way to portray a day to night outfit! However, I gotta go for the night look. That necklace really makes it stand out :3

I love how you layered two dresses and multiple necklaces. It makes the outfit interesting and kind of a creative challenge to put together – albeit an enjoyable challenge 😛 Both outfits are awesome though!
