Hey guys, hope you’re having a lovely start to the year and that you had an awesome weekend :3
I’ve still been trying to inject a little colour into my wardrobe- it’s going pretty terribly. Since I wore this outfit I’m pretty much back to all-black/grey clothing, as it’s just what I feel happiest in, and I feel like it gives me a bit more room to pay with texture :3. Eh, the colour thing was fun while it lasted ( I mean, this skirt is incredibly gorgeous, I can’t complain!) but I just don’t enjoy wearing it as much. I guess it will still come into my outfits every now and again, but the black/grey tones just feel more, for want of a better word, ‘me’ (ugh, cringe- perhaps this year I should aim to improve my use of the English language, ha).
Anyway, I’m loving this ear cuff at the moment- it’s got the spikes that I  love, but it’s made a little softer with the gold colour. I’m trying to make a bit more effort on the ear jewellery front- I’m pretty bad at wearing/remembering earrings, as you can see from the fact I have no other bits in, so I guess that could do with changing ^.^’
Anyway enough of my rambling! I hope you all have a great week and that you have a lovely Monday (because ergh, Mondays) :3
Love!xxx

Such a lovely look, though I do love your monochrome ensembles also – playing with textures makes all black okay! Have a lovely week <3

My wardrobe's pretty gray scale too with the occasional plaid "it's just what I feel happiest in" my mom just doesn't understand haha!

Thanks to you I now feel even worse living in a country where wearing leather jackets make you look like a total trying hard. :< But you still look gorgeous. ♥

Wearing color is such a drag, haha. I never really feel comfortable wearing color either unless it's in a pair of leggings or possibly a skirt. Monochrome is much better for certain people. Your hair can be your pop of color! :]

I know what you mean, I feel so much more 'me' in black. The other day someone commented on my blog saying they like how my style's become more girlie but to be honest, all the outfits I don't post are this same old black uniform! I prefer textures etc in that monochrome style. That said, I love this outfit on you, but just so you know, I do relate haha! xxx
