Dark & Beaded.

‘Wicked’ Velveteen Lipstick – Lime Crime
Beaded Gown – Miss Selfridge
Long Sleeve Mesh Dress (under gown)  – American Apparel (for some reason they now only sell this in bright pink..?)
Rings* – Regalrose
Unif Pyre Heels – Dolls Kill
Recently, I was lucky enough to meet up with my lovely friend Narita to shoot some bits for her uni project. I styled up the outfits myself so I figured that they’d definitely be worth posting on here! Shooting with Narita is always really fun – we’ve been friends for years so we always have a good laugh, and (what I find most interesting) we have quite different tastes in pictures – she always picks out images that I wouldn’t think of & vice versa. It always means that I love the result, as it’s so different to something I would usually go for! For example, here I look very dramatic and moody haha, but it really suits the tone of the images.
I got this dress for Christmas, so ever since then I’ve been desperate to style it up. I have a real thing for long sleeves on dresses at the moment (I blame the cold!), so I layered my trusty American Apparel sheer mesh dress underneath to make it a little bit less classic. Mixed with a dark lip and messy hair, and you get this – my ultimate evening look. (…I don’t do refined, I’m to clumsy to keep up the classiness of it all so I just work with what I’ve got, aha). Do you like to go a little bit different with your evening looks, or do you prefer classic glamour?
Anyway, that’s enough from me! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend, thanks so much for stopping by to read my blog, it really does mean the world! Love xxx
